10 oz steak with mushroom, garlic and gorgonzola cheese sauce, confit tomato and new potatoes

Whole seabass on lemon-scenter crushed baby potatoes with tenderstem broccoli, cherry tomatoes and olive sauce

Chargrilled chicken breast, smothered in BBQ sauce, topped with sweetcure bacon and smoked cheddar, served with confit tomatoes, breaded mushrooms and French beans
